LPC Living wants to make buying a new home as easy as possible. We understand that when moving home you are often stretched with all the different costs involved, so we want to make sure that we include as much as possible as standard when purchasing one of our fabulous new homes.

The Oaks Gatley is no exception, we have included a lot of extras as standard with our high specification which gives extra value to purchasers.

Outside full height fencing and lawns and paving, or feature patio areas across much of the garden (for certain plots) come as standard. For the homes themselves, windows and doors are triple glazed, and feature brickwork, which is Hampton Rural, is supplied from Lancashire Brick and Tile.

Inside all the homes at the Oaks, you will find engineered Oak flooring as standard throughout the ground floors, moving upstairs, landing, all staircases and bedrooms are finished with sumptuous Midas carpet as standard. Back downstairs the kitchens are fully equipped to appeal to the most budding of chefs.  Kitchen units provide a matt handless design in a super matt cashmere finish in the Rothwell Range by BA, with Mistral solid surface worktops as standard in the Glacier colourway. All appliances are SMEG and fully integrated and alongside an oven, hob and cooker hob, a fully integrated fridge/freezer (or separate under-counter integrated fridge and freezers dependent upon plots) are also included as are fully integrated dishwashers and washing machines.

These features, that all come as standard on this development, could cost purchasers many thousands of pounds if they were options as extras.  This is yet another reason to consider purchasing a home at the Oaks, Gatley.
